Upper Belly Fat: If you are fond of sweets, chocolates, cold drinks, sodas, cheese and other such mouth-watering cuisines, and yet do not ever workout physically often, then you are ought to be an obese person, with a lot of fat accumulated in your body. This sitting in a chair with no or less physical workouts, and usual food consumption, makes you to gain lower belly fat. In such case, you may be having a fair diet but your long hours of sitting and office work make you gain all this fat. So, what you can do to reduce fat? Beer Belly Fat or Thick Waist: if you drink a lot of alcohol or alcoholic beverages, then you are sure to have gained or gain a beer belly fat. It is no different visually from the lower belly fat, however, it is not caused due to excess consumption of fat or high calorie foods, but the reason is the content of alcohol.
