It is really hard to digest but it is a fact that people attending more religious gatherings and events gather more fat on their body. The recent study has shown that people get fat on their body by attending a lot of religious activities. Well we can say that everyone needs to do his or her own meditation and religion work. But no religion teaches to go for too much of busying yourselves in these kinds of activity.
A balance is needed to to keep the fat off from your body. A balanced diet and a balanced workout will pave way to a better ad healthy life. We need not get busy too much in any of the the activities rather we need to devout equivalent time to our needs. We will achieve a better and healthy life if we keep a balance with our activities.
The reason behind religious activity proving to be a fat causing agent is that we have not to do any momentum during religious activities else than praying or listening to their golden words. As a matter of fact our body is stagnant at that point because we do no work and we don't utilise nor burn any fat of our body. So the extra that we take outside a church or any other religious place does nothing else than adding to your fat content of the body.
From my point of view religious activities are must for the moral and disciplinary point of view of a person but making that a point were you can be fattened up is really bad. So it is better to watch out what you eat near a church and how much care you take of yourselves. It all depends on you. So do take care of your health if you are going for a religious activity.
