Hi, there. Well you might have heard the name George Cruise the one who is the maker of three hour diet. The diet is stresses on the timing of the meals that we take. Some people keep eating all the time and its obivous with them to have a large belly with too much of fat on it, a lot of weight which makes them feel tired even before doing some work. Three hour diet plan asks its users to take food every three hours and stop taking food before 3 hours of going for sleep.
You have to take the breakfast within one hour from the time you get up in the morning. There are not much restrictions, in fact we take fat, carbohydrates and proteins in good content in this diet but keeping in mind what too much intake of such food causes. You can have choclates and candies also but they are also to be taken in a controlled manner. Lose fat part of the diet is good since you are taught to eat in a controlled manner, basically it is the uncontrolled manner of eating that makes you fatty.
The diet plan is vast since there are very less restrictions, so it can fit into any household. I think the vast variety of the diet food items of this three hour diet gives it a backward step also. The variety wont make you lose a lot of fat. If you want to reduce more fat or weight from your body then you should go harder on carbohydrates and fats. Carbohydrates and fats are the main componenets that are getting accumulated on your body and making you look obeise.
