6. Always prefer stemmed food or half fried food. This also helps in losing fat.
7. Try to use sugar free drinks, which are low in sugar content.
8. Try to use orange juice or lemon juice. Avoid carbohydrate drinks such as colas and soda water.
9. Avoid nuts that are on high in saturated fats, such as coconut.
10. Try to consume fibre foods and fruits that are high in fibre.
11. Always try to eat different on each day.
12. If you really want to be fat free you need to avoid oily things such as chips, snacks etc.
13. Replace potato chips with raw veggies.
14. Replace cream with low fat yogurt.
15. Instead of fried things use steamed or baked items.
16. Serve meat with low fat recipe.
17. Use coconut oil instead of mustard oil.
18. Avoid butter, cheese and eggs.
19. Use fish often and grill, steam or microwave it. Don’t fry it.
20. Consume lemon with honey with Luke warm water.
