How Green Tea Helps In Reducing Belly Fat


Hi,there.I think tea is a very common beverage that most of us have daily. It has its own importance and features for our health. It has proved to be able to take the fat off from your body, no matter whether fat is on your face, belly,thighs etc.



 Green tea products are increasingly common in the market and also among the people. According to the study it has revealed that green tea helps in reducing belly fat, other than fighting from heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Recent studies revealed that the green tea contains powerful antioxidant that boosts our health and immune system.
Let me tell you now what actually green tea is: It is a tea plant found in Asia called Camellia Sinensis. But what makes the green tea so effective and impressive is that how it is being processed. Green tea’s are the least processed of commercial teas. The methods used preserve most of its nutrients. Green tea leaves are picked from the tea farm and are immediately steamed or heated. The leaves are then dried and processed further.
 Now another type of tea which is called as black tea differs in its health impression on people.Black tea is picked, and dried by a process which includes oxidation. Oxidation removes most of the essential nutrients from the tea leaves. But in case of green tea this oxidation does not take place, so the essential nutrients which the green tea contains are there, and that is why it is being used for losing belly fat easily and quickly. As tea is a beverage that most of us take two to three times a day and even some take more. It is also best and easy way to reduce fat.
Green tea is rich in catechins. These substances are anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.  Latest research shows that these catechins also affect body fat accumulation and cholesterol levels.  So the catechins intake will reduce the fat content of your body. The catechins content varies by amount of green tea used and sleeping time. But researchers say that green tea must be taken at least 4 cups a day.
Researches say that green tea also help burn calories and lower LDL cholesterol and also mildly reduce body fat. Burning down your calories most importantly will make you lose fat. This green tea thus suggests that catechins contribute to the prevention and an improvement in different life related problems, particularly belly fat.
In a research at Japan the scientists applied the green tea on 35 Japanese men with similar body mass index and waist of belly. These people were divided in two groups. For three months the first group drank a bottle of oolong tea fortified with green tea containing 690 milligrams of catechins, and the other group drank a bottle of oolong tea with 22 milligrams of catechins.
During this time both the groups were instructed to control their calories and not to take fat intake at all the times, so that the overall diets of the both group are similar.
 After three months the study shows that the men who drank the green tea lost more than 5.3 pounds of fat, and experience a significantly decrease in body mass index, waist size, and total body fat.
The only thing we have to keep in mind while taking green tea is to take care of the things we eat, we have to make sure the intake of fats and proteins should be less then that of the usual diet.
So it is better to take green tea rather than we choose black tea. Taking green tea keeps you juvenile, healthy and strong. And also keeps you away from harmful diseases.  So buy some green tea and start losing body fat today.
