Taking good amount of water daily will help you burn belly fat or body fat much quicker because taking enough water helps kidneys to do their work but if you take inadequate water it will put pressure on liver. Liver is much responsible in burning fat but when it gets burdened up due to other work fat will just pile up. So guys daily take good amount of water and remember to also take water before your meals.
