Our food should be rich in two contents, one among them is water and the other is fiber. Both of the said components help in losing fat up to great levels.They keep you metabolism working and help you to lose fat. Our body needs water for carrying out wastes from our body as well as to carry out cellular functions of our body.
 Water helps in losing fat from your body because it keeps the metabolism working and it also kills the appetite up to some level.  So more water you take the more hunger will be controlled and that will help to eat less  which will eventually result in losing fat from your body. Its not necessary that you have to take simple water only but you can take various fruits and even raw vegetables that are rich in water.
Water melon, pears, galia melon etc are rich sources of water and minerals. Both water and minerals are necessary to keep your body functioning properly. So water is a good and regulatory medium which will make you lose fat. By taking vegetables and fruits you will not only gain water but most of the vegetables and fruits do contain fiber also.
Fiber is very helpful in losing fat. Fiber takes time to digest thus keeping your metabolism alive for a longer time and when your metabolism continues to work, it will result in loss of fat from your body. Most of the vegetables contain fiber, it also helps in the removal of waste from your body. Fiber  doesn't make you feel hungry, it cuts of the appetite resulting in loss of fat from your body.
