It can be combined with everything you want to . It is the best source to lose fat from the body. As lemon is a rich content of Vitamin C, which can burn the fat fast from the body. If you will be taking lemon for more than a month, you be sure that you will lose more than ten kg’s of fat in one month.  But yoy do have to take a lot of lemon.
The acid which is contained in lemon juice is acetic acid, which burns the fat quickly and prevents the body to store carbohydrates in the body. Take a full glass of water at room temperature.
Squeeze one or two lemon into water.
Don’t add sugar to it.
Take the juice on empty stomach in the morning.
Mix the juice thoroughly and drink.
