Reducing Fat Without Doing Much

Hi guys. Today I am here with a simple and easy way for reducing fat. Almost every one of us may have heard the proverb, ‘prevention is better than cure’. Now what has the proverb to do with the reduction of fat? I know you may be puzzled by that question, but let me make it clear for you to understand. We take food, food with proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins and so many nutrients.

 Much of these consumed nutrients are utilized by the body for performing the metabolic activities and some part of it is reserved in form of fat and muscles. Slowly the fat keeps on accumulating in our bodies and soon the regions of stomach, chest etc, and start gaining size.

So if the consumption of the fat is minimized, the accumulation of the same can be curtailed. Now the question is how to do that? Don’t panic I have provided the answer below.

How can you lose fat and cut back on cholesterol?

Bake, broil, boil or grill food instead of frying, it is good because frying increases fats that are actually present in oil or ghee.

Cut off fat from meat this will also reduce the intake of fat to your body.

Remove the skin from chicken, turkey and other poultry. It is because of the fact that skin has a fat layer at its inner side.

Stretch meat and poultry with vegetables, whole grains or fruits. This will also reduce the fat intake to your fat.

Consume fish twice a week. Fish has omega 3 and various other must have nutrients in it which help you in reducing fat.

❖ Cool the boiling soup and the fat will rise up and then you can easily remove it.

Blend your taste with fat free broth and herbs instead of taking high fat food like bacon or butter.

Choose low fat and non-fat dairy foods. This will definitely help in reducing the fat content that you take in your body.

Replace shortening, lard, butter with oil made from vegetables.

❖ Try to eat foods made with hydrogenated oil. This will also add up to lose fat from your body.

Eat fruit and lessen the intake of snacks and deserts.

Replace a whole egg with the albumin part of the egg. This will help in losing fat.

Choose heart friendly items when choosing your food because fat rich foods will also add up fats around your heart which can further lead to many heart problems.

Take these advices and start to change your diet accordingly. You will notice changes in the fat content of your body as you adhere to these tips. Take care.
