Hello everyone. Eating food doesn’t always lead to the accumulation of fat, instead, some foods which slow down the metabolism of digestion, prove vital in burning the body fat.
Today we are here with seven such foods, which will help you in burning excess fat. These foods are easily available in almost every country and can be easily prepared too.

1.      Turkey
      Turkey is lean meat, meaning it is a great way to get the meat, build up protein and boost ones immune system. However we can find packaged turkey in market, but these are treated with chemicals and all. These chemicals may prove fatal to your health, so, stay away! It slows down your metabolism and you lose fat fast.

2.      Beans
 Beans serve as an excellent source of fiber, protein and iron, and, because of its high content of protein it’s also named as ‘poor man’s meat’. So, consuming beans is better than taking fatty meat and other foods high in fats as well as proteins. So the content f fat in your body will be utilised due to less intake of fats which will result in losing fat.

3.      Eggs

 Eggs have earned a bad name over past few years. Egg white is highly parked with protein and 13 other essential vitamins and minerals, such as riboflavin, lutein, and vit. E. Just be careful with the yolk, it contains fat, so a big no to that. The yolk of egg is good to reduce fat from your body as it is low carb diet. So start losing fat.

4.      Avocado
 Avocado also has fat, but it is unsaturated fat, and is very vital for your body. At the same time it has a high content of vitamins and minerals, such as Vit K, folate, niacin and potassium. So start eating them…I am loving’em. Avocado is rich in MUFA (mono unsaturated fatty acids) which help in reducing fat from your body.

5.      Oatmeal
Oatmeal contains large amount of soluble fiber, and this fiber helps flush out your system. It also has very low cholesterol level and helps combat heart problems. A great fat burning food, so start adding it to your diet. It fills up your belly which makes you feel full in your belly and gradually burns fat for energy purposes.

6.      Fish
Fish has been found to be rich in omega-3 oils, which are not only healthy for your heart, but at the same time very effective in increasing the metabolic rate of burning the fat. Some good examples are tuna, salmon, Sardines. Fish is proteins and helps you in reducing fat because omega 3 accelerates the fat burning calories.

7.      Asparagus
 This green vegie is though not so popular, but is considered to be among the ones able to burn some fat; the more you take the better it is. It stimulates the kidney process which is basically the alkaloids present in asparagus. The alkaloids effect the cells and burn the fat directly by breaking it.
So guys start eating asparagus, start burning fat.
