Focusing On Different Exercises For Different Parts Of Stomach To Lose Fat Quickly

Belly is the one of the most important part of our body and de-shaping of this leads to lots of problems. Your physical appearance, smartness and overall personality diminish a lot. Trans fats are those fats which are very harmful for your body and these fats are surrounded our stomach too. These fats are more dangerous. The abdomen can be divided into two parts, Upper abdomen and lower abdomen. The most of the fat is deposited in the lower side of the abdomen, and the body looks unpleasant. In order to look young and smart and to be away from the diseases, you need to work out or do some exercises. You can develop the six pack abs on your abdomen and you will be looking younger than before.
There are many types of exercises that you can do in your daily routine not just for the whole day. But spending less than an hour is sufficient for the body to lose fat. In the beginning it will be difficult for you to exercise , but then it will be your routine work and you will love it. Then you will feel pleasure while doing so. Some of the most important exercises are listed below that will helps you in reducing fat.
Forward Crunches: This is an exercise for the lower abdomen of your body. For doing so you need to lie down on the floor, place your hands behind your head to support your neck. Now contract your abdominal muscles and release them slowly. Repeat this exercise several times, i will suggest for at least 20 mins. One thing I should suggest that do the exercise in sets. One set is equal to ten crunches. If on the first day you can’t do more than one set. But on the second day you should do more than that you do on the first day. During this period consume a lot of water.
 Reverse Crunches: This is the exercise used for the lower abdomen fat. What you need to do is to just lie flat on your back, with your hands rested straight on the side of the belly. Raise your legs up in the upper position towards the sky. But the legs while going up should be  straight. This exercise will contract your lower abdominal muscles while you take your leg up, and will release while you relax the leg in downward position. By doing so it will burn the fat inside your  lower abdomen.
Aerobics: Aerobics is the exercise where your heart starts pumping fast, and sends more oxygenated blood to all the parts of your body. You can need a friend or an instructor. You can also dance. Dancing flexes our body and while dancing every part of the body is in motion. And when every part is in motion automatically it helps in burning the calories of each part of the body and thus helps in reducing fat. Aerobics are really helpful in keep your heart healthy.
Proper Diet:While you start doing exercises you need to consume some fresh veggies and fruits which are low on calories. Increase your intake of calories but limit it up to 1500 calories a day.Lower down your junk foods will work a lot because junk foods are rich in fats. Take green tea, consume coconut oil with your meals, drink lot of water as water also helps in reducing fat.
Practice these exercises continuously and regularly for one month and you yourself will see bright results. It really works for those who take t serious. Take care.
